All-in-one guide frames
A two-roller guide frame with the controller, sensor and actuator built in. For guiding between process units on webs from 200 to 750 mm.

Unwind and rewind guiding
A controller, actuator, sensor and bracket kit that moves the whole unwind or rewind stand. Actuator travel from ±25 to ±130 mm.

Split guide frames
Frame and control unit mounted separately, built to your roller length, diameter and spacing. For wide webs and tight machine layouts.

Controllers
WFC01 with colour display and tactile keys, WFC02 with colour touch screen. RS485 Modbus-RTU and six programmable I/O on both. WGC01 replaces the discontinued WGC02.

Ultrasonic for transparent film and foil, infrared for paper and porous webs, CCD for printed lines. 0.01 mm detection accuracy.

Actuators
Brushless DC servo actuators, 2500 N thrust, built-in position feedback and electronic brake. Five strokes from ±25 to ±130 mm.
