Web guide controllers
The controller reads the edge sensor, computes the deviation and drives the actuator every 2 ms. Both current models run all EURDOW sensors and actuators and connect to the machine through RS485 Modbus-RTU and six programmable I/O.

Replacing a WGC02?
The WGC02 LCD controller is discontinued. The WGC01 is its factory replacement and is in stock.
Electrically interchangeable
Same 24 V DC supply, same dual analog sensor input, same six digital I/O and RS485 Modbus-RTU. Your existing sensors, actuator and wiring are re-used without re-configuration.

Measure the existing opening first. If it is 111 mm, file 0.5 mm from each edge to reach 112 mm, and do not go past 113 mm. Download technical bulletin TB-WGC01-01 with scale drawings.
