How it works

The frame steers the web

The web runs over two rollers mounted on a moving frame. The edge sensor reads the web position; when the edge drifts, the controller drives the actuator and the frame moves sideways by the same amount, so the web leaves the guide on line. The loop is closed inside the unit and does not depend on the host machine's control system.

Frame sizes by web width

Frames are made to order in 50 mm roller-length steps. Webs wider than 750 mm move to a split frame.
