EURDOW builds the complete closed loop in-house: edge sensor, controller, brushless actuator and guide frame. One supplier, one point of contact, from selection to after-sales.
Four components, one closed loop
Every EURDOW component is designed to work with the others. The sensor reads the web edge, the controller computes the error, the actuator moves the frame, and the frame steers the web back on line, every 2 ms.
Edge sensor
Ultrasonic, infrared or CCD line sensing, chosen for the material.
Controller
WFC01 colour display, 32-bit processor, RS485 with Modbus-RTU.
Actuator
Brushless WU2000 series, 2500 N thrust, strokes from ±25 to ±130 mm.
Guide frame
All-in-one frames, frames with splice tables, or split frames built to order.

Most customers order a complete guide frame. Machine builders and maintenance teams also buy controllers, sensors and actuators separately to build into their own frames or to replace existing units.

Start with the material
The sensor is chosen by what the web is made of. A sensor that cannot see the edge reliably limits the whole system, however good the rest is. Full selection guide →
